Louisiana Contemporary Exhibition

Work currently displayed at "Louisiana Contemporary," presented by The Helis Foundation, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art annual juried exhibition featuring work by contemporary artists from across the state. This year’s guest juror, René Morales, Director of Curatorial Affairs and Chief Curator at Pérez Art Museum Miami, has selected 55 works by 56 artists.

Deep South by Suroeste Group Art Exhibit

This Deep South by Suroeste group art exhibition explores the changing complexion of Black and Latinx solidarity in Louisiana and beyond. The exhibition highlights the creative work and advocacy of individuals, organizations, and communities that are building Black and Latinx power through common struggle and unity, with the goal of inspiring others to do the same.
